Paying this £100 deposit reserves your place for the trip (subject to availability).

What happens after you pay

• You’ll be asked to complete a short booking form (Stage 1) with your details, passport info, emergency contact, and any medical/allergy notes.

• If you are 16–17, a parent/guardian must also provide their details and consent.

Important

• Spaces are limited and flights are booked as a group.

• Your place is confirmed once we receive the deposit and your Stage 1 form is completed.

• The deposit becomes non-refundable once your name has been submitted for flight booking (or flights have been booked).

• If the trip is cancelled by us, your deposit will be refunded.

Remaining balance

• The remaining amount will be paid later. We will contact you with the exact balance and the payment deadline after deposits are collected.
